For the Anchors Abroad series, Kathie Lee and Hoda went to Jamaica to co-host a local morning show called “Smile Jamaica.”
How'd they do? They started several minutes late -- the show was on island time -- but the Jamaican prime minister actually requested that they stay on the air for 30 minutes longer than scheduled.
