Nine-year-old YouTube sensation William Hallman stopped by the TODAY plaza on Tuesday to present the weather forecast with Al.
The third-grader became an online star after his adorable weather forecast on NBC station KVLY in North Dakota went viral.
During his visit to TODAY, Hallman told Al the exact date (May 31, 2011) that he got "really" interested in the weather, and described his rise to weatherman stardom. "There was this weatherkid drawing," William said. "And the odds of winning were probably one in a hundred-something, but I did get picked."
