Get ready for a few fresh faces and new drama on Bravo's "Real Housewives of New York City."

According to the Huffington Post, Jill Zarin, Alex McCord and Kelly Bensimon were told by the cable network on Thursday that they would not be needed for the next season, and that three new women will be added to the cast.

When contacted by TODAY.com about the ladies' exit, a Bravo rep said, "No decisions have been made yet."

Zarin's camp is denying reports of her leaving. "Jill has not been fired from 'The Real Housewives of New York City,' " her rep told Us Weekly. "The truth is that Jill is still in discussions with Bravo for season five and hasn't made a final decision about returning to the show."

"Alex and Simon (Van Kempen) are both shell-shocked. They didn't see it coming," a source with ties to the show told our pals at E! Online. "They've just lost the $275,000 income they were making for the season."

Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer are expected to be back.

E! Online reports that the new cast members have already been picked out. "Bravo found new women. Ramona (Singer) knows these women -- she introduced them to Bravo. The Countess knows two as well," an insider told the website. "They wanted real New York society women.  They wanted people that live in fabulous townhouses. They wanted to bring the fabulousness of Beverly Hills to new York."

Though Zarin, McCord and Bensimon may not be featured on season five, they aren't exactly banished from "RHONYC" forever. A source told the Huffington Post that the three women could return if the new ladies don't work out.
