You can scold them, chide them or straight up ground them. But maybe there's an easier — and perhaps more effective — way to get your kids to do their chores.
The solution: bribery. Wi-Fi bribery, that is.
Take advice from this mom, whose message to her kids recently went viral on Imgur. Each day, she changes her family's Wi-Fi password. She gives her children the new password, but only after they've proven they've done their chores — with photo evidence.
And this mom's no fool. "Today's Wi-Fi password can be unlocked by texting a photo of a clean kitchen to mom," the anonymous (and possibly brilliant?) mother noted.
"Said photograph MUST contain one box of crackers on the counter by the stove (to prevent re-using any previous photos)."
Genius.
"Thank you for playing," the note continues. "May the odds be ever in your favor. Love, Mom."
