SUNY Broome has put on the 2014 Discovery Fest.
The event is a fundraiser for the Discovery Center and Mom's House. It was held at the Story Garden outside of the Discovery Center in Binghamton.
The festival features live music, crafts, raffles and of course, kids can go through the story garden to participate in fairy tales.
"It's mostly student led. We're here as faculty helping out where we can, but the students have really taken ahold of this one and the alumni have come together from these classes to really help out a good cause and help out the community, which is great all the way around," said Tim Skinner, coordinator of the communications department at SUNY Broome.
