Why did ? Her ex-husband thinks he knows.

Dennis Rodman, who was married to Electra for all of 10 days, says that it’s because she never got over him. “Carmen called me six months ago,” the former Chicago Bulls star told Star magazine. “She told me I was the love of her life and she wished we’d stuck together.”

And, in the More Than We Needed to Know Department, he added: “We had great sex! We used to just throw down in the bedroom. We had a real good connection when it came to sex.”

Rodman, who lives apart from his current wife Michelle Moyer, says that he could rekindle their romance if he wanted, and he’ll probably get together with Electra — but just for a chat. “We may meet up in Vegas or L.A. or somewhere, then we’ll have a nice little talk.”

Nick Lachey's new loveNick Lachey is reportedly telling people he loves Vanessa Minnillo because she’s the anti-Jessica Simpson.

“Nick keeps telling Vanessa the difference between her and Jessica is that she is extremely intelligent,” a “Minnillo pal” tells the upcoming issue of US Weekly.

What’s more, the MTV host is also different from Lachey’s ex because she loves sports and is a “guy’s girl” who loves to “play darts and chill,” according to a friend of the couple. And on July 24, Minnillo gave Lachey “several lap dances” at a New York hot spot called Butter Lounge.

But it looks like Minnillo and the former Newlyweds star Simpson might have something in common: Minnillo is apparently considering starring in a reality show for MTV, reports US, that would be a combination of “Entourage” and “The Hills.”

Notes from all overAnna Nicole Smith is reaching out to Britney Spears. “If you wanted to be friends, I would so much love to hang out with you,” the six-months-pregnant former Playboy pinup says in a video on her Web site — even though she spells Spears' first name “Brittany.” She goes on to say “I think you’re totally cool and I think we’re going to have our babies about the same time.”  On another video, Smith treats viewers to the sight of her frying up a peanut butter, cheese and mayonnaise sandwich. The merry widow, however, had better hope that some of the money from her late billionaire hubby comes through, because she’s not getting rich off this venture. The members-only video site charges $4.99 per member, so with 183 members, she has raked in a whopping $913.17.  . . . With Mel Gibson getting heat over those , some foes are adding fuel to the fire by reminding people about the “Passion of the Christ” director’s anti-gay comments in 1992. When Spanish newspaper El Pais asked Gibson about homosexuals, he shot back: “They take it up the [bleep].” Then pointing at his behind, he said, “This is only for taking a [bleep].” He told the reporter that he was once worried that if he became an actor, people would think he was gay. “But with this look, who’s going to think I’m gay?” he asked. “It would be hard to take me for someone like that. Do I sound like a homosexual? Do I talk like them? Do I move like them?” After some people were offended by his comments, Playboy asked him if he would apologize. “I’ll apologize when hell freezes over,” he said. Later, when the Washington Post asked Gibson if he was “tolerant,” he replied: “Ahhh, I like to think I am. Perhaps I’m not.”
