"Dancing With the Stars" is still months away from announcing its "All Stars" cast, but there's one former participant who won't be joining: Mario Lopez.

"I'm really busy, so I don't think I'll be able to do it," the "Extra" co-host and season three runner-up told TVGuide.com. "I don't watch the show and didn't even watch when I was on it. My mom wanted me to do it."

Awww ... we bet his mom is disappointed. But is he really passing on the gig due to his schedule? After all, Lopez was the one who revealed -- on national TV in April! -- that "DWTS" was doing an all-stars season in the fall. Not only that, he dished that the folks behind the ballroom bash had already invited him to participate again. We're guessing his unofficial announcement didn't exactly please ABC, as the network likes to keep the cast list super hush-hush until the official reveal.

With the former "Saved By the Bell" star out, which ex-cast member would you like to see fill his dancing shoes? Tell us on our Facebook page!
