The actor famously drove KITT (Knight Industries Two Thousand), a high-tech 1982 Pontiac Trans Am, in the NBC series, which ran from 1982 to 1986. Fans gifted him with the modified 1986 Firebird, which is currently part of an auction of the Hoff's personal items at Julien's Auctions.

As of Tuesday, there were eight bids and the highest was $27,500. The car was estimated to fetch $30,000-$50,000.

According to the description at Julien's, the car features "distinct exterior lighting and scissor doors" and the "custom interior features w-style yoke steering wheel and an elaborate digital dash and console."

Hasselhoff, of course, starred in "Knight Rider" as crime-fighter Michael Knight, assisted by his artificially intelligent car, voiced by William Daniels. The replica of KITT is also "programmed to speak with over 4,000 sound bites" from the classic series.

Other Hasselhoff items up for bidding include clothing items from his "Baywatch" days, a "Baywatch" pinball machine, a "Knight Rider"-inspired golf cart, a leather jacket he wore on "America's Got Talent" and more.
