Bill Murray spent quite a lot of time in this home, or so it seemed in the 1993 movie “Groundhog Day.” The Victorian house was featured in the film as the suburban bed-and-breakfast where Murray awoke each morning to repeat Feb. 2 and was recently listed for sale. Located in Woodstock, Ill., at 344 Fremont St., rather than in Punxsutawney,Pa., the home is on the market for $985,000.

The eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 5,815-square-foot-home currently operates as the Royal Victorian Manor bed-and-breakfast, but the listing promises that it could easily be transformed back into “the grand single family it once was.”

Built in 1895, the home has been completely renovated and includes a third-floor in-law suite and gourmet kitchen. It’s located just steps from Woodstock Square, which was also used as a setting in the film.
