Ingredients

  • 4 slice cheese of your choice (american, cheddar pepper jack, etc.)

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Apply butter or margarine to both sides of the bread.

Add the bread to the pan or griddle.

  Brown the bread on the down side until the color is an even shade of medium-toasted brown.

  Flip the bread and brown the opposite side exactly the same.

Add 2 slices of cheese on each slice of bread.

Join slices together and grill until fully melted, turning occasionally.

Instead of “grilling” you can also put into the oven for 3 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
