Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound (cooked) chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup tender watercress leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Whisk together olive oil and vinegar in medium bowl.

Add cooked chicken breast, strawberries, watercress leaves, salt and pepper.

Toss gently.
