Frozen Yogurt Bark with Strawberries, Chocolate and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Chopped strawberries, chocolate and pistachios, for topping

Preparation

Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Using a small offset spatula, spread the yogurt in an even layer, about 1/4 to 1/3-inch thick. Top with chopped strawberries, chocolate and pistachios. Freeze until firm. Break into shards and keep frozen until ready to serve.
