New studies about memory were just released, so NBC News medical contributor Dr. Natalie Azar stops by TODAY to explain what they mean for you. Azar goes through a study that found that men who ate six or more servings of fruits and vegetable per day had much better memory than those who didn’t, as well as research that found that breathing through your nose as opposed to your mouth could help with certain brain functions.
