Coffee – even decaf – can decrease risk of colorectal cancer
There's new evidence that coffee can decrease your risk of colorectal cancer, even if it's decaffeinated. Researchers at the University Of Southern California surveyed 5,000 people recently diagnosed with the cancer, and a control group of healthy people. After allowing for risk factors like diet, and family history, they found that the coffee drinkers were 26 percent less likely to develop colorectal cancer.
