Baltimore police ‘routinely discriminate’ against blacks, scathing report says
A new report by the Department of Justice says Baltimore police officers routinely discriminate and use excessive force against African-Americans. The investigation, reviewing more than six years of records, was launched after the death of Freddie Gray in police custody last year. The report says much of the problem can be traced to the 1990s.
