Ingredients
- 1 quart best quality vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup lightly crushed peppermint candies, candy canes or peppermint sticks
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Place the ice cream in a chilled large metal bowl.
Add the peppermint candies and white chocolate and stir until combined.
Place in the freezer until firm.
To serve, spoon the ice cream into individual bowls.
Top with fudge sauce and garnish with peppermint sticks.
