Lawmakers in Shawano, Wisconsin just passed an ordinance allowing parents to be fined for their kids’ bullying behavior. For the first offense, parents will receive a warning and have 90 days to correct their kid’s behavior. If it continues, parents will be fined increasing amounts beginning at $366.
