Red Cross: Louisiana flooding worst natural disaster in U.S. since Hurricane Sandy
The Red Cross has stated that the flooding in Louisiana is the worst natural to hit the United States since Hurricane Sandy made landfall four years ago. At least 13 have died due to the flooding, and officials say about 40,000 homes sustained damage.
