Baking Directions:

Slowly blend the egg, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, anchovies, black pepper, garlic and salt together using a wire whisk until incorporated.

Then, slowly add the olive oil and finish by incorporating the Romano cheese.
