  • 4 ounce shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 ounce portobello mushrooms
  • 4 ounce oyster mushrooms

Mix mushrooms together and cook in a hot sauté pan with blended oil and whole butter.

Season with Salt, Pepper (pepper mill), Montreal Seasoning
