What we know about suspected Capital Gazette shooter Jarrod Ramos
Authorities told NBC News that 38-year-old Jarrod Ramos, the suspected gunman who killed five and injured two in a shooting attack at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland, had planned the massacre. Ramos had filed a lawsuit against the paper six years ago, alleging defamation after the paper reported on harassment and stalking charges against Ramos.
