Penn State frat death probe ‘will open eyes,’ district attorney says
Center County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller, whose office has jurisdiction over Penn State, tells TODAY’s Matt Lauer the investigation of a deadly hazing incident there “is going to open a lot of eyes” about who knew about what went on at the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. She says “fatal levels of alcohol” are what led to the death of 19-year-old Timothy Piazza.
