Eighty-one years ago, Executive Order 9066 authorized the incarceration of more than 125,000 people of Japanese ancestry living in the United States during World War II. Now, for the first time, researchers have compiled all of their names in one place, giving decedents a chance to honor their family history. NBC's Emilie Ikeda reports for TODAY.
