FDA strikes deal with Abbott to reopen baby formula plant
The FDA struck an agreement with baby formula manufacturer Abbott on new steps to reopen the company’s critical Michigan facility. If the FDA and a federal court approve the deal, the plant would be allowed to resume production in two weeks. NBC’s Jo Ling Kent reports for TODAY.
