Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- 2 clove garlic
- 8 ounce goat cheese
- 1/4 cup macadamia nut oil
- 1/4 cup Kosher salt
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a food processor, and pulse until well combined.
Gradually add in the oil, processing until smooth.
This can even be used on meats and fish — it is that rich.
