Many Puerto Rico residents still waiting for basic necessities
In Puerto Rico, power is still out across most of the island and less than 6 percent of people have running water. While FEMA says 2.5 million liters of water and 2 million meals have been delivered, there are still about 275 refrigerated containers at a port with food and supplies destined for businesses across the island.
