Tech CEO: 32-hour work week increases productivity, retention
For decades full-time work has been defined as five eight-hour days a week, but an online computer education company in Portland, Oregon, is challenging the tradition with a 32-hour work week. The CEO says employees get the same pay and benefits they’d get for a 40-hour week, and that they’re more efficient during their four-day week.
