Donations soar at music repair shop for students after Oscar win
At the 96th Academy Awards, the Oscar for best documentary short film went to “The Last Repair Shop” and in the five weeks since that big night, the shop that film was named after has received more than half a million dollars in donations to keep alive the work of fixing instruments for public school students. NBC’s Liz Kreutz reports in this week’s Sunday Spotlight.
