Sauteed monkfish with pasta

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce monkfish
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 6 tablespoon whole canned plum tomatoes
  • 1 bunch parsley chopped
  • 1 pound cooked spaghetti

Preparation

Baking Directions:

In a sautée pan, heat the oil until hot.

Add the monkfish.

cook until brown and remove from pan.

Add the sofritto and the garlic and cook for two minutes.

Add the tomatoes and cook for five minutes Add the fish back into the pan, add the lemon and toss in the pasta and parsley.
