  • 32 ounce beef tenderloin
  • 2 ounce tbs thyme
  • 5 1/2 ounce tbs rosemary

Baking Directions:

) Preheat grill to 500 degrees F.

2) Lower heat on one side of the BBQ to 300 degrees F or to medium-low.

This two-tiered approach will give you options to cook the tenderloin.

) Drizzle beef tenderloin with olive oil, then season with thyme, rosemary, kosher salt and black pepper
