Grilled Australian Lamb Chops, Yellow Tomatoes Marinated in Sour Cream and Mint

Ingredients

  • 18 lamb chops
  • 4 cup diced ripe yellow tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 cup limes
  • 4 tablespoon mint chiffonade
  • 1 teaspoon ts of basil chiffonade
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Season lamb chops with salt, pepper and paprika.

Grill them to a desired temperature.

In a bowl whisk sour cream, mint, basil, and lime juice.

Add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

When the chops are ready place on a large platter and spoon tomatoes over.
