Ingredients
- 2 gallon water
- 2 cup kosher salt
- 2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cup rosemary
- 10 clove garlic cloves
- 1 clove organic turkey
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Combine the water, salt, sugar, rosemary and garlic in a large clean vessel, and stir well.
Submerge the turkey in the brine for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
