The FBI and U.S. military are investigating six suspicious packages sent to government facilities in the Washington, D.C., area. None of the packages exploded and no one was hurt. Investigators say they do not believe it's the work of Mark Anthony Conditt, the suspected Austin, Texas, serial bomber.
