Kelsey Grammer and fiancée Kayte Walsh tied the knot on Friday in a New York ceremony.
A rep for the former “Frasier” star confirmed the nuptial news to Access Hollywood on Friday afternoon.

Shortly before 3 p.m EST, Grammer arrived at the Longacre Theatre in New York. Walsh arrived at the theatre just before 3:30.
The star arrived dressed in a tuxedo with black pants and white shirt. He was holding his black jacket. He was followed by a young boy, possibly his son Jude, 6.

Grammer arrived in a black Mercedes and was immediately flanked by approximately eight security guards who opened giant black and white umbrellas to protect him from the throngs of paparazzi and media gathered outside the theatre.
Earlier in the day, large, ornate flower decorations — in pink — were spotted being delivered by men wearing Ed Libby & Company jackets — an event design company, known for their award-winning flowers and celebrity clients, such as Usher and Diddy.
Access Hollywood has exclusively learned that Walsh, 29, wore a custom Peter Langner for Mark Ingram gown. Langner, a designer based in Rome, met with Walsh at Mark Ingram Atelier in New York to design her gown.

According to reports, following the wedding the couple will move on to a reception at the Plaza Hotel.
Grammer and Walsh announced their engagement in December 2010.
