Superfans have set up camp outside of St. Mary's Hospital in London with hopes of witnessing Duchess Kate's in-labor entrance — some waiting, day and night, on the cold ground outside the Lindo Wing.
Decked in their finest patriotic attire, they refuse to leave the premises until the baby is born.
"Two nights we've been here, with hardly any sleep at all — about six hours [over both nights], if that," Maria Scott told People. Her 14-year-old daughter, Amy Thompson, has been waiting alongside her in a tiny tent, and the two of them traveled more than 300 miles to be there.
"I camped out to see Prince William get married and now have seen him have a child of his own," she said, citing the last time she waited outside the hospital when Prince George was born nearly two years ago.
