In the series “TODAY Living Legends,” Al Roker met up with legendary primatologist, Dr. Jane Goodall, who transformed the scientific community with her breakthrough research when she lived with and studied chimpanzees in Africa. Goodall used the lessons she learned from watching how mother chimps cared for their young as a parenting model for her own children. She also weighed in on new the National Geographic documentary about her life, “Jane.”
