Yahoo agrees to pay $50 million settlement for security breach
Yahoo has agreed to pay $50 million in damages to help settle a case in which 200 million people had their email addresses and other personal information swiped. The hacking took place in 2013 and 2014, but wasn’t disclosed until 2016.
