FBI looks for more victims after woman escapes cinder block cell

Federal authorities are investigating an Oregon man who they say kidnapped a woman while posing as a police officer and held her captive in a cell in his garage. The woman managed to escape and alert police, and now the FBI says that they have reason to believe more victims. NBC’s Erin McLaughlin reports for TODAY.
