Woman behind 15 Percent Pledge pushes stores to empower Black-owned businesses

In our Changemakers series, we meet designer and activist Aurora James, who started the 15 Percent Pledge, an initiative that calls on large retailers to allocate at least 15 percent of shelf space to products from Black-owned businesses. More than 20 major retailers like Sephora, Macy’s and Crate and Barrel have already taken the pledge. NBC's Blayne Alexander reports for Weekend TODAY.
