William Evans, officer killed in Capitol car attack, honored with police procession


Officials say 25-year-old Noah Green charged officers at the U.S. Capitol with a vehicle and then brandished a knife. Green was killed and his motive is under investigation. Capitol Police Officer William Evans, who died from the attack, was honored with a lighted procession of police cars. A second officer was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
