Claire McCaskill and Rich Lowry, editor of the conservative National Review, join TODAY to comment on the House sending impeachment charges against President Trump to the Senate. McCaskill says she believes that there will be witnesses in the impeachment trial, but Lowry thinks there won’t, because witnesses would be damaging to Democrats as well as Republicans.
