Whitey Bulger killed with padlock in a sock, officials say
A timeline is now taking shape of James “Whitey” Bulger’s last hours in a West Virginia prison before he was murdered. A facility employee said the penitentiary has a reputation for being both understaffed and violent. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
