Officers have released dash-cam video of a Nebraska sheriff's deputy risking his life to stop a runaway truck after a 12-mile pursuit. The driver was having a medical emergency, and his truck was rolling toward the Norfolk airport. When it slowed to about 25 miles per hour, Sgt.
