Vladimir Putin personally involved in US election hack, intelligence officials say
NBC News has exclusively learned from senior intelligence officials that Russian President Vladimir Putin was personally involved in the campaign to undermine the U.S. election, in what began as a personal “vendetta” against Hillary Clinton.
