Video was ‘a road map’ for case against Derek Chauvin, former prosecutor says


After the conviction of former officer Derek Chauvin on all counts in the death of George Floyd, Daniel Goldman, a former federal prosecutor, tells TODAY that “the jury very loudly spoke that what Derek Chauvin did was completely inappropriate and unlawful.” He says video of Floyd’s death “really provided a road map for the prosecution” and points to the significance of police officers testifying against Chauvin.
