Victims of the Florida bridge collapse have been identified
All six victims of the bridge collapse at Florida International University have been identified and classes are set resume on campus, with students and faculty observing a moment of silence in memory of those who died. However, questions remain over signs that may have been missed, leaving many wondering why warnings from one engineer weren’t heeded. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports from Miami.
