Venice flooding: Historic city hit by devastating weather
Venice, Italy, is dealing with its worst flooding in nearly a decade, damaging historic buildings and forcing locals and tourists to wade through waist-deep waters. Violent storms have left at least 10 people dead across Italy. NBC’s Kelly Cobiella reports for TODAY.
