Vaccine won’t come before Election Day, Dr. Fauci and other experts say


President Trump suggests a coronavirus vaccine could come before Election Day, and that widespread vaccination could be quickly ramped up. But the nation’s top infectious disease experts insist that won’t happen, and vaccine makers themselves are now offering a more realistic timeline. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
