NBC News analyst Jeremy Bash, who is the former chief of staff at the CIA and the Department of Defense, joins TODAY to discuss U.S.-Russia relations after President Biden’s summit with President Putin. “I think this is the first summit of the code war era, the era in which we have digital arsenals and the ability to engage in cyberattacks,” he said. “I think potentially we may be looking at a cyber arms race.”
