Congress has completed an 18-month investigation into the Larry Nassar sex abuse scandal that rocked the U.S. Olympic Committee and USA Gymnastics. Investigators found multiple organizations failed to protect athletes, most of whom were young girls, and worked to conceal the truth about the team doctor. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
